We start with the customer experience. Every business has customers. Whether you are a B2C or a department within a B2B, you have customers. Our first step is to be a customer. We will do a mock scenario where you treat us like one of your customers. This first-hand approach allows us to experience your business in a way that you can't experience it yourself. It tells us first impressions, overall experience, and whether customers are likely to return.
Next, we define your business' currency. We define currency as the machines, processes, or people who generate revenue. The currency becomes the basis of the rest of the analysis and recommendations.
Question we ask:
- Are there multiple types of currency?
- Does the type(s) of currency reflect you?
- Are you marketing to get the currency you want?
- What structural and practical changes are needed to optimize currency?
- What is your ideal amount of currency?

What You Get
At the end of our experience, you receive a detailed report of our findings and recommendations. We will also do a presentation of the report so you can ask questions and make refinements.
Following the presentation, you will have 2 check-ins available. Check-ins are an opportunity for you to ask PBC how you are doing with your plan and if any updates are needed to the plan. Business and situations change therefore plans must flex to accommodate those changes. PBC will update the original plan and deliver it back to you if any changes are necessary.
Check-ins are included in the package and can occur may occur anytime up to 1 year following the presentation.
Pricing
We know. Nobody likes this section, but we need to feed our families, too.
We keep pricing simple. We offer 1 package that includes everything listed above for a fee of $800. The package includes:
- The customer experience
- Currency evaluation
- Report and presentation
- 2 check-ins (up to 1 year)
